Three Birds Casual is a family-owned business founded by brothers-in-law Victor Lewis (CEO) and Tad Varga (President) in 1999.

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of luxury outdoor living products, featuring many iterations of Teak wood craftsmanship as well as mixed materials. Our furniture provides decades of lasting quality; creating outstanding value for home and commercial applications alike.

Teak has been well known for centuries for its quality, durability, and beauty and is a very hard, densely-grained wood with high oil content. The unique combination of these characteristics makes teak naturally resistant to moisture, rot, warping, shrinking, splintering, insects, fungus, marine bores, and termites, making it the ideal material for the creation of outdoor furniture.

Our manufacturing methods use grade-A teak, harvested from government-run plantations in Indonesia, resulting in sustainable manufacturing that helps fight deforestation.

We focus strongly on attention to detail and exceptional quality. Going the extra steps to ensure grain matching, proper drying to achieve necessary oil content, and industry-leading packaging, we strive to provide classic pieces that will last generations.

“Three Birds Casual is a classic tale of great American entrepreneurship. The company was launched out of a garage based on the whim of three global travelers. When Tad and Kim Varga and Kim’s brother Victor Lewis couldn’t find a type of furniture they saw on a trip to Asia, they decided to import it themselves.”
